4 Easy Steps: Banana Bread

  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup (2 medium) mashed extra-ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup (4 large) egg whites
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons Truvia spoonable no-calorie sweetener
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9-inch by 5-inch loaf pan with non-stick spray
  2. In a blender, pulse oats to the consistency of coarse flour
  3. Add all remaining ingredients and seasons to the blender. Blend until smooth and uniform, stopping and stirring as needed
  4. Transfer to the baking pan, and smooth out the top. Bake until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean, 35-40 minutes
