12 Minute Beginners HIIT Workout

Remember the golden rule during this routine: form first and speed second. This routine is designed in a pyramid format. The more tired you get become, the less recovery time you get! Focus on quality, not quantity. As you get tired, pay close attention to form to prevent injury.

Complete all three rounds in order. Rest one minute after each round.

Squat Hold

Push Up
