This naturally sweet smoothie is packed with protein thanks to the milk and peanut butter, and potassium courtesy of the banana. Almond butter or sunflower seed butter stand in nicely for the peanut butter, if you prefer, and any frozen fruit can sub for the peaches. Frozen strawberries or grapes make for an especially appealing flavor combination.
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen sliced peaches
- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter, preferably unsweetened
- Add all of the ingredients to the blender, beginning with the milk. Cover and blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
