Repeat the set two times. Rest for one minute after each set.

Sprint – 30 Sec On & 15 Sec Off

Skater Jump -30 Sec On & 15 Sec Off

Squat Pedal– 30 Sec On & 15 Sec Off

Side Suicides-30 Sec On & 15 Sec Off

1-2 Push – 30 Sec On & 15 Sec Off

Lateral Lunge – 30 Sec On & 15 Sec Off

Cross Push– 30 Sec On & 15 Sec Off

Sprinter Sit-Up – 30 Sec On & 15 Sec Off
