HIIT Workout – 3 Moves for the Abs

You core is the area from the bottom of the rib cage to the place where the glutes and hamstring meet. This encompasses the hip flexors, pelvic floor, and glutes. Each of the exercises in this series will require you to engage the core (including hip flexors) and stabilize the spine while moving against your own body weight and gravity.
