Step #1:
Take a small half-moon section at the top of your head starting at the hairline, and divide it into three clean and equal strands. Hold two of the strands in one hand and the third in the other hand.
Step #2:
Take the strand of hair from the left and cross it up and over into the center. Cross the right strand up and over into the center
Step #3:
Incorporate new hair by grabbing another strand of hair from the loose section of hair on the same side. Include it in your strand and cross it up and over into the center
Step #4:
Repeat this same technique on the opposite side by incorporating hair on the right side and cross over to the center. Continue down to your ears and neck.
Step #5:
When you run out of hair to French braid, continue doing a simple three-strand braid technique. When you get to the ends, secure the braid with a hair elastic. Use medium-hold hairspray to hold the braid in place.
