2 Easy Steps: Peach-Berry Power Smoothie

Prep: 5 minutes


  • 1 cup frozen peach slices (no sugar added)
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2/3 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (no sugar added)
  • 1 packet natural no-calorie sweetener
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice (about 3 ice cubes)
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender
  2. Blend until smooth and uniform, stopping and stirring if needed
