1. Begin by creating a part down the center of the back of the head, dividing the hair into two halves, left and right. Tie off each side with a clear elastic band to create two ponytails at the back of the head, lining them up with the top of the ears. Spray them with hairspray and run a comb through the hair to smooth down any flyaways.
2. Take one ponytail and separate it into two strands. Twist each strand away from the face, then wrap the strands around each other in the opposite direction, creating a rope braid. To ensure that the finished style is sleek, wrap the hair tightly when creating the rope braid. Tie off the end with a clear elastic band. Spray the braid with hairspray and smooth down any flyaways after typing off the end with the elastic. Repeat the same with the second ponytail, creating another rope braid and tying off the end with an elastic band.
3.Take the left rope braid and wrap it into a bun so it sits at the center of the back of the head, between the two braids. Pin it in place with bobby pins.
4. Take the other rope and wrap it around the outside of the first bun.
5. Secure the entire bun by sliding pins over the various sections, towards the center. Then set the style with hairspray and smooth down any stray hairs.
